Would it be safe to OC my i5-6600k with a Hyper 212 evo?

Hello, so currently I have my i5-6600k running at 3.5ghz with everything at stock setting with a hyper 212 evo cooler. I've never overclocked before and wondered a few questions about it:
- Is this fan suitable to OC this CPU?
- What is a recommended amount of OC if yes? e.g. 4ghz?
- How would I come around to overclock it? I'm assuming BIOS

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You cannot overclock with that motherboard. You need a Z170 motherboard to overclock a K processor.
