Motherboard + PSU + RAM for OC

I am going to build a new PC soon and i already got the case (Deepcool Dukase V2), Corsair H105 , 2 Fans of 140 mm for the case, 1 Intel 540 120gb, 1 Samsung Evo 850 250gb, 1 WD 1tb Caviar Blue. I have a friend who will bring me 1 1080 GTX FE from USA (since they are so expensive in my country ~ 850-900$) + i7 6700k (again, here costs ~ 440$). I am going to wait probably for a good offer on local stores for the PSU, Motherboard and RAM. I was reading lots of reviews of Z170 Motherboards (my budget for the motherboard ~ 200$) but i can't decide between ASUS Z170 Maximus VIII Ranger, Asrock fatal1ty z170 gaming k6+ or if you guys have other advices i am all ears. For the PSU I think i will go for a Corsair HX750i and for the RAM Corsair Dominator Platinum @ 3200 (4*8Gb Kit).
PS. I am intending to do some OC (moderate after 1 year or so), but i also want stable PC.

Thanks for reading my post.
