Hi guys, I have just recently built my own custom PC and I am playing GTA 5 with some minor problems. Here are my specs:
CPU: i5 6600(non-k) GPU: Gigabyte R9 380X @1030mhz PSU: EVGA 500W 80+ MOBO: ASUS H170 Pro Gaming Monitor: ASUS 1080p 60hz 24"(I forget what the model was) OS: Win10 home 64-bit (I haven't purchased a key for it yet, so it is not activated at the moment)
So I have tweaked my graphical settings in GTA 5 to the point where I get 60 FPS 99% of the time but with Vsync on, I get horrible frame drops all the way down to ~35 FPS every so often and stuttering occurs along with the frame drops. When I turn sync off, I always stay above 60 FPS(~65-75) and I can turn settings up, but I get TERRIBLE screen tearing. I have looked at Radeon settings and have played around with them some, but haven't found a solution yet. So if u guys could offer some advice it would be greatly appreciated.

Try playing in windowed mode borderless and fullscreen mode. Both with vsync on
