I'm slowly upgrading my PC, it currently has an i3 4160-3.6 GHz processor, 8 gigs of RAM and an Asus Nvidia GeForce GT 730 4GB

Can these specs run 60 fps at high settings?
Edit:
My current PC also has a WD blue 1 Tb 7200 rpm, a seagate barracuda 260 gigabytes 5400 rpm and an old WD Caviar Black 80 gb (I don't know if the HDD affects gaming but I only use the WD blue because it's better)

Gt730 is a very slow card .. you wont get even 15 fps at high setting with it .. if you aim at 60 fps in all games you need at least GTX 970 at FHD ..
