Should I raid 0 SSDs on X79?

Hello! I was browsing around and a nearby store is doing an 850 EVO 250GB like mine for 60€, I already have one, should I go Raid 0 and get 500GB of RAID 0 SSD Power?

I know I won't notice that much of a difference in day to day tasks because an SSD is already really fast, but when recording raw files directly onto storage (FRAPS example), I think it would be a benefit since I can barely record 4K files.

And it would be cheaper than getting a new, bigger SSD anyways.

System specs:
Intel Xeon E5-2670 8 Core | 16 Thread 3.2Ghz (3.5Ghz Turbo)
-
Raijintek Triton 240mm in Push
-
Kingston HyperX FURY BLACK 12GB Triple Channel DDR3 1700Mhz
-
Asus P9X79 (2 x Sata 3 | 4x Sata 2)
-
EVGA GeForce GTX 680 SuperClocked 2048MB GDDR5 (1189Mhz)
-
Samsung 850 EVO 250GB
-
WD Blue 1TB
-
Corsair RM750X 80+ Gold
-
NZXT H440 White
-
NZXT White LED strip 60CM

The current state of my 850 EVO is:

Any ideas? Any cons to look out for?

Cheers.

Hi , is the SSD your OS/boot drive? Personally I do not like RAID0, if you loose a drive you loose everything, no redundancy. I would rather use the 2nd drive as a dedicated drive just for recording...just my 2 cents worth.
