Samsung ssd 950 pro m.2 NVMe 512GB speed is slower than it should be , Help anyone ?!

Hello everyone,
i'm having this issue with my Samsung ssd 950 pro m.2 the 512gb version
When i run test at Samsung magician it gives me the original writing and reading speeds which is somewhere close to 2500mb\s read and 1500mb\s write but when i wanna move a file from folder to another ( into the ssd itself not to a usb or any other storage device ) I get between 500mb\s to 650mb\s writing speed.
And my pc start up is slow not even as fast as a normal SSD, Something is really wrong.
Notice: my 950 pro is connected to an M.2 spot .

PC Specs :
CPU : intel core i7 6800k 3.4ghz
MB : Asus rog strix x99
RAM : Corsair dominator 3200mhz 16GBs
GPU : Gigabyte GTX 1080 xtreme gaming premium pack

Some people say that it's because my motherboard's M.2 is not PCIe 3.0 x4 and it's a problem of Lanes and that I need an M.2 PCI-e extension. But then how the Samsung magician shows full read and write spead ?
And btw where do I get that M.2 PCI-e extension what is it called anyway?

I hope u really can help me guys i'm depending on the experts here.

Thank you.

That's because it has to read, and then write, and then read again. You're going to get half to a third of the speed.

Boot up speed is likely more to do with Windows and BIOS config - once you get to any SSD, storage usually stops being much of an issue.
  2. But my friend has it on the msi pro gaming carbon motherboard and it gives much more speed .. it says 2500mb\s read and 1500mb\s write , and it gives 500mb\s it doesn't; make any since .. normal ssds give 500mb\s too so why this one costs 400$? I think it's the M.2 socket on the motherboard .. I was told to get the Angelbird Wing PCIe x4 extension card .
About the boot up speed , I can't even configure my bios on this board because I can't get to it .. when I restart pc the keyboard starts working only after the bios screen leaves and starts loading windows. Dunno how to configure that.
