FPS stutter, high DPC latency dxgkrnl.sys and nvlddmkm.sys

first my system specs:

i7-5960x @ 4,4 Ghz
2x Asus GTX 1080 Strix
32 GB DDR4 G.Skill Triden-z @3000Mhz (4x 8 GB)
MSI X99A Godlike Gaming Carbon
beQuiet Darkpower Pro P11 1000W
Asus Xonar Essence STX

and here the problem, i´ve experienced some FPS stuttering, every few seconds, mostly when i turn the camera in games or move.
I ran DPC Latency Checker and LatencyMon to figure out what causes the problem.
I tried for example Total War: Warhammer, this was the first game i really noticed it, on the campaign card if i move the camera every few seconds it stutters. I figured out that one source was that i had nVidias Shadowplay/share active, after disabling it, the dpc latency got a little bit better also the stutter are lower.
Still both programs tell me that there is still a problem.
here is the screenshot of it, its been taken while i was in game.

Could this simply be because i use sli or is there a different issue? All drivers are currently up to date, so this can be checked off.

I hope someone can give me a hint how to solve this

thanks in advance

This is a known issue and NVIDIA claimed that a future driver update will try to fix this. You'll have to wait till then.
