Computer won't post, Mobo shows red QLED for CPU, Case buttons won't power down

Last night I was gaming and suddenly my computer fell to a blank black screen. I tried to force a power down using the case power button, but that didn't work. I had to use the switch on the PSU to cut power to the system, and I've since opened up the case and the CPU LED shows a solid red LED. I've checked the power connections and fan connections to the mobo, but I still can't boot. I've re-seated the CPU and applied new thermal paste, and tonight I'm having my PSU tested to see if it's faulty. Is there anything else I can try before I dismantle my power connections to try and fix my computer?

CPU: amd phenom x6 1090T
mobo: RoG crosshair 4 extreme
RAM: 16 gb corsair vengence 1600
GFX: Nvidia 780Ti
PSU: EVGA supernova 850G
