  1. Yes, you'll be able to upgrade your CPU up to a Core i7-640M. As for the GPU, I'm pretty sure that can't be upgraded, but you definitely need to install this driver:

  3. If you have an open pci-e x16 slot in your computer than you can buy and install a graphics card of your choice.
