Investing in gaming/video editing build

Im a complete pleb, and need to get off the potato I've been grinding on. I have saved $2300 and am ready to begin ordering parts. The graphics card in this build is subject to change, on your suggestion. If I could spend 5/600 on a functional GPU, then I'd be able to afford ordering my 60Hz monitor along side the rest of my parts.
I'd love some advice regarding the build and compatibility.

build is almost perfect...nothing much to change...just in place of the hdd, u can go for a hybrid drive...they are relatively faster than traditional hdd and also doesnt cost much compared to them...
compatibility has already been checked by pcpartpicker and hence the green tick above...
