More about totally upgrading system ram processor run 2400mhz motherboard 2400
  1. What mobo and CPU? If the mobo shows 2400 (O.C.) it's indicating that a CPU OC may be required, and will depend on the CPU if this is an X99 or 1151 rig, 2400 will probably be fine, if an 1150 mobo (Z97) may well need a K model CPU
  2. the mobo is x99, the cpu already runs at 2400
  3. Best answer
Should be fine, the X99 mobos run 2133 DRAM as a base and all the CPUs can handle 2400 DRAM
  4. thanks!
  5. No worries ;)
