How to solve cpu water cooler fan header pin issue?

I recently bought this Corsair H115i cpu cooler with its fan header with pins unusually placed. I know that fans have 3 or 4 pins placed side by side but this header of my water cooler has a pin placed separated from the others...so Is it normal? It came with the package already like this.

Here's some pictures for clarity:

  1. That looks completely broken to me. Pictures are not the best, but I personally return that thing.

The header that has only three pins as shown on the picture has also three wires at the back to it (no other wires gone loose). I'm guessing that its not broken but only misplaced in the wrong slot. Could it be possible? Also can this wire leading to the lonesome pin be removed from that slot and transfer it to the slot nearer the 2 other pins?

Here it is what i'm referring to:

  3. I would contact the company and see if that is normal. Send them the pics. See what their response is.
