How is the bus speed affected when running a graphics card and an SSD on the PCIe bus?

Hey gang. Wondering if someone can help me here. I have a hyper-x PCIe 2.0 x4 SSD and a r9 380 graphics card. I'm looking at purchasing a new mobo (z97 chipset) and was wondering about bus speed. If I run both SSD and GPU on the 3.0 bus, does that limit the GPU to x8 instead of x16? What if I get a mobo with 2 PCIe 3.0 x16 slots and 1 PCIe 2.0 x4 slot? Would the GPU run x16 and the SSD at x4. Or if I have 3 PCIe 3.0 slots, how would that effect the bus speed of the GPU if the SSD is on that bus? Let me know if I need to clarify. Many thanks.

16 lanes are provided by the cpu. The other slots are going to get lanes from the mobo so the gpu would not be affected.
