No display on monitor no bios nothing

i need help please tell me hw can i solve this problem..
i m using msi 970 gaming MB, gt 730 2gb graphics card, amd fx6300 and corsair ddr3 1600mhz ram but still i am not getting the display on my monitor whats the rason behinde it my graphics has the vga port so i connected it to my samsung sync master monitor but i am nt finding the bios screen....
is there any problem with graphics card...? or ram...?

    but the mobo. doesnt have the vga port or hdmi so that i can start up the pc....

    Sorry, I thought you are referring to MB connector.
    At this point re seating video card and trying it and RAM in other slots would be a beginning.

    is there any problem in my GPU...?? i mean the when i went the store he the person over there said may your GPU is being damaged or no supported by your mobo..

    no bro still the same prob. is gpu damaged buts fan spins
