Looking to upgrade from AMD Radeon R7 200

Hi,

I'm looking to upgrade my graphics card, but I'm not too hot on compatibility.

Above is a link to my Crucial system scan. What card of cards can you recommend around a £100-150 budget?

Thanks in advance for replies, sorry if I seem lacking in detail, I'm not too great on this topic!

  1. Either a GTX 960 or an r9 380. The MSI GTX 960 Gaming 2gb is currently on sale on amazon for ₤139.99. Do you know what power supply you have? And before buying anything, measure how much space your GPU has.

I've had a look and think my max power is 350W. I also measured by GPU and its dimensions are about 14cm by 9cm by 3cm.

I don't think I'd have a problem fitting a larger card into my PC, but is my power supply enough? If not, do you have any advice?

350 is not enough. You would have to upgrade. Something like a 500w 80+ bronze psu from either corsair or evga should be enough for a 960. For an r9 380 i would recommend a 600w psu. The 380 would get you about 5 more fps. your choice if that is worth your money.

Could you measure how much more space you have? The msi gtx 960 is 26cm long.
