Best Gaming/video editing build under $2,000 CDN in 2016

Hi there,
I have a budget of roughly just under $2,000 CDN to spend on a new PC build, I will also be needing a monitor and a keyboard to go with the rig. Can you guys help me come up with a solid build that will allow me to game at max settings without a problem and as well as vide edit and perform other productivity actions?

Thank you in advance !
