  1. Hi,

I would suggest doing a clean install of the graphics card driver that may do the trick.
    - First is to open Device Manager and uninstall the Nvidia graphics driver.
    - Next is to uninstall anything related to Nvidia in Programs and Features.
    - Once completely uninstalled, download and install the latest driver.
    - Here's the link: nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx
    - Reboot the laptop once the latest driver has been installed.
    - After the reboot do also set Nvidia as the default GPU.

  2. What resolution are you playing at? If you're playing at 4k, that will probably be why things are running slow. Bump the settings down to 1080p and try again. The 960m isn't powerful enough to handle 4k.

Do u think that is the solution because i bought the computer 2-3 weeks ago and havent used it much?
  4. Have you made sure the it is actually using your main video card and not the integrated graphics?
  5. Just read the public survey on PC Mag and pick a good gaming laptop brand for yourself. http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,2817,2498302,00.asp
