Asus Motherboard Cpu Fan Error!
so iv been using my hand built gaming rig for over 2 years now, and all of a sudden when i boot up i get a "Cpu Fan Error!" message and when i get into a game my cpu temps shoot up to high 70's and 80's and my pc ends up shutting down automatically to keep it from burning out the cpu, even ideling my temps jump from 20's to high 30's and it seems the thermal paste is gone bad so i replaced it while cleaning the heatsync and fan (stock for both of them) and replaced thermal compound with some artic silver 5 but same issues, could this be a fan/heatsync issue and do i need a new one! (i just orderd a new one and comes soon, if it fixes probbelm il post here) otherwise please comment down below possible issues, thank you for all the support!

After done those updates, if you still get the same error, that means the cpu fan_header maybe have problem. If the MB has other opt cpu fan_header, try it.
thank you very much! i will update both but that does not explain how my cpu could be overheating, any ideas?? my new heatsync and fan should be coming in soon (D92) so i will post if that cures my probblem or not!
