Need Help Building my First PC Work/Gaming

Hi guys i am in need of some guidance here, i am trying to build a new pc for work/gaming.

Approximate Purchase Date: This week/Next week

Budget Range: $1500-$1700 CAD with shipping already have keyboard and mouse.

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Need to be used for work first which involves running programs such as Auto CADD and GIS. Gaming and entertainment is next.

Are you buying a monitor: Yes but that is not included in the tower budget looking for a dual monitor setup and my budget is $200-$400
