Budget motherboard to oc i3-6100 and RAM and future i5 and i7?

Hi, maybe somebody can recommend good board for i3-6100, I heard there is cheap H boards which can oc i3-6100 and rams. Also you can recommend budget Z board if I buy i5, or i7. One more question, it's worth to buy motherboard with integrated wifi adapter, or buy cheaper board and add adapter later? I see it's very expensives motherboards with wifi. SLI or CF option. I think it's unnecessary. heard bad reviews about it, uncompatible, fps drop and etc.

thats what im getting for my i7 6700. if ur getting an i3 6100, and decide later to upgrade youll be good to good.

i cant speak to wifi integrated adapters on mobos.. but you can always install a nice $30-50 pci-e adapter later!
  3. If you need a WiFi adapter here is a PCI-e 1x card that does 'n' and 'ac' and blue tooth that I use and recommend. $28.89 USD

Keep in mind you will have to use one of your USB 2.0 internal motherboard headers to get blue tooth to work, instructions with the device are ok.

Does Ethernet over power require both the sending unit and receiving unit to be on the same circuit? The house i'm in has a dozen individual circuits attached to two separate breaker panels, would it work for me if the sending unit was on breaker panel A, circuit A and the receiving unit is on panel B, circuit Z?

I know that, but I see 4.4 ghz, and 4,6 ghz i3 - 6100 in youtube. These mhz increase from xmp ram? It runs great like i5...
