Is the Seasonic S12II 520 BRONZE, SS-520GB a good PSU for my biostar a880g+?

Have a biostar a880g+ with an Athlon II x3, 4th core unlocked. and a gtx 750ti. Just ordered a Kingston HyperX FURY 8GB kit to address some stability issues I've been having. My problems may have easily been attributable to the insignia PSU I've had in there (ACK!), so I figured I'd replace the PSU too. It's a clunker anyway. Saw the Seasonic on Amazon for $58 and that manufacturer seems to have a good reputation, but I still wanted to get some input before making the purchase.
