Need help with a good gaming computer from $800-$1100 for games like CS:GO and Minecraft

I have never built a PC before so I really don't have any idea what I'm doing. I was hoping someone would be able to help me find out a good build to run games like Minecraft and CS:GO on windows 7 at a high fps (200+). My budget is currently around $1000 including preferably a 120 hz monitor.

  1. So I've done a bit of research and for the most part I just need a good CPU to run these games, but my problem is I don't really know what cpu to get.
  2. You should list what case you plan on using and the other parts you have already picked out. I couldn't find anything compatible with what I wanted for the price. You have to give these guys a starting point. One of the Gurus will help you out once they have something to go on.

He actually only had 16GB of RAM. I changed that part. But it maybe close to what you need.
  3. I was planning on either getting a NZXT S340 (Black) ATX Mid Tower Case http://pcpartpicker.com/part/nzxt-case-cas340wb1 or a Fractal Design Define R5 w/Window (Black) ATX Mid Tower Case http://pcpartpicker.com/part/nzxt-case-cas340wb1
