I need a CS:GO dedicated PC

I'm building a Skylake CS:GO dedicated PC.

My question is, is an i3 6100 gonna be good enough to run high frame rates(150-200+ fps) at VH/Ultra settings? Of course it'd be better to get an i5, but I don't wanna pay more for something I don't need.

So would an i3 6100 w/ a gtx 960 be good enough?

It will be fine, why do you want 200 fps? do you have a 144hz monitor? cs go is more cpu intensive than gpu intensive and both of those are fine.
