Is my PSU powerful enough?

I wanted to know if my PSU could power up this build.

CPU: i7 5960X

Cooler: Corsair H80i GT

MOBO: ASUS X99 PRO

SSD: 2 KINGSTON HYPERX 960 GB

GFX CARDS: 3 980 TI's

RAM: 8 X 4 GB 2666 Mhz Ram

PSU: Cooler Master V1000

Feedback is appreciated! :)

  1. Yes that will easily power your build, is even fairly overkill.

    Edit: didn't see the 3x gtx 980 ti;s

in that case then no, you'd be looking more in the range of 1200 watts
  2. Nvidia says 1000 watts is enough for tri sli, but since you have a 5960x and I'm assuming you'd overclock

I really dont know dude, I saw someone with the same specs (except running two titan x's instead of 3 980 ti's) and could power it with a 1000 watt power supply.

Should I go with two 980 ti's for 4k gaming?
