MSI Afterburner isn't working with Dragon Age Inquisition

... Or with any other games so far.
I've done everything there is to do:check the Framerate, allow On-Screen Display both in Afterburner and in Riva Tuner, but nothing happens. Not only do the counters not show up anywhere on the screen, I'm also pretty sure it doesn't limit my fps (which I really need right now!). I have the 4.2.0. version, can anyone help me?

  1. What do you mean by it not working with afterburner? Is it not applying the overclock you've set using the software?

Make sure you click the 'Apply' button at the bottom of the application screen. If your rebooting in-between tests you may also want to tick the 'Apply when system startup' option too. Also what FPS do you have? It may be maxing it to 60 or 120, and therefore no changes make a difference.
