Best component(s) to upgrade in my gaming system.

I got great advice on my gaming system build from this thread back in 2012, I'm now looking for some more advice on the best component(s) to upgrade to help my boost my gaming performance. I use a single 1080p monitor. Budget $500'ish

Current system:
Intel I5-4670k 3.4 GHZ
Asus Z87 Pro LGA 1150
Gigabyte GTX 770 4 GB
Corsaire Vengence 8gb total 2sticks DDR 3 1600 MHz
XFX Pro 750w power supply

Thanks for the help!

  1. What do you play? A GTX 970 GPU would be a decent upgrade and a SSD would make the system feel very snappy.
  2. GPU only should be fine for gaming use.

  4. Wait for NV pascal or and 400 to release.wait for few months
Ur current specs is more than enough at 1080p at least for 1 yr.u can increase ur ram to 16 GB now but wait some more time for the GPU and save ur money till that time.
  5. This could be a nice upgrade ready for 1440p
