  1. That motherboard needs to be changed,GPU upgrade and PSU upgrade,Ram and CPU are fine for now.
What is your budget for the upgrades?
  2. The FX-8320 can handle a better graphics card than the r7-260x, so a GPU upgrade would probably be your single best choice to improve gaming performance.

In the $200 range I'd recommend a GTX 960, your PSU isn't a great quailty unit and you would need to replace it before getting a better card than the 960.

You'll need to get a model of the 960 like this one below, as your PSU only has 1 6-pin PCIe connector and can't support some of the larger 960 models:

  3. There isnt really a budget at the moment, im looking to do 1 upgrade before the end of the year (so whichever part i will get the biggest improvement) and then more after, probably want to spend around 100-150 pound on that 1 part
  4. This would be your best single upgrade for that price range:

Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 960 2GB Superclocked Video Card (£155.99 @ Aria PC)
    Total: £155.99
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

  5. Will look into this thank you, would like some options for the other parts as well just to write keep a note off for later if people can be so kind.

    You're most welcome.

The PSU could certainly do with upgrading down the road as well. Either of these would be a good choice to keep your eye on later:

Power Supply: XFX TS 550W 80+ Gold Certified ATX Power Supply (£55.56 @ CCL Computers)
    Total: £55.56
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

Power Supply: EVGA SuperNOVA G2 550W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply (£66.96 @ Aria PC)
    Total: £66.96
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

Either of these would allow you to upgrade to a much better GPU.
