Installed new components... Fans, lights upon boot but monitor has no signal and mouse/keyboard won't show power.

Mobo: MSI H81M-E33

CPU: Intel Core i5-4460 Haswell Quad-Core 3.2 GHz LGA 1150 BX80646I54460

PSU: Sentey® Power Supply 725w Xpp725-hs

SSD: Samsung 850 EVO 120GB 2.5-Inch SATA III

GPU: GeForce GTX 550 Ti (Fermi) FPB 1GB 192-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16

RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM

I upgraded everything except the GPU and RAM.

Upon boot, everything lit up inside the case.. but none of the external components did (Monitor says no signal, Keyboard - no lights, Mouse - no lights)

What I've tried thus far:

I took out one stick of RAM, booted with same issues.

I made the monitor connect to onboard graphics. booted with same issues.

I took the power cables out of all the internal components and re-seated them all. booted with same issues.

I'm familiar with what i'm doing, but maybe there's a piece to the puzzle I missed.

Please help!!!!!!!!!!

I had the PSU little red voltage switch on 230v (EU) when it's supposed to be on 115v (US)
