Help With Gaming PC Since my GPU Already commited suicide. (I think)

I really, really need help and recommendations for a new video card upgrade-- something that my system and my budget can handle

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5 CPU 750 @ 2.67GHz ~2.7GHz
Memory: 4096MB RAM
Available OS Memory: 4088MB RAM
GPU: Disabled ATM

And my budget isn't really that high, just rolling around at 100-120 dollars. (Pretty low, I know.)

I would really, really love your help on this one.

    Easy: GTX 750 Ti.

Decent card, will run most intensive games on medium settings with acceptable frame rates, doesn't require a good PSU and falls right in your budget.
