  1. Hi Matteo,

This is on the upper-limit of what you would need, but the CyberPower CP1000PFCLCD PFC Sinewave UPS would be a great choice if you could afford it. (1000VA/ 600W)

It would be able to fully power your system (as well as display) and provides pure sign wave support to ensure your PSU isn't damaged from the battery power.

  2. If all you really want is some surge suppression and an elegant & safe shutdown during a power out event, you can go smaller. Just get one of the APC models that also sends a USB command to shutdown the PC when it goes to battery. Either way, you will buying a new battery for this every 2-3 years.
  3. Hello,
    thanks for the quick answer.
So, you're thinking 1000 VA will be enough?
    regards

1000 VA is plenty, on the more gratuitous side. It will provide enough power to run your rig on battery for a nice stretch before shutdown.
  5. Thank you so much guys
  6. You're most welcome. :)
  7. The main difference is that the Cyberpower provides pure signwave, which is MUCH healthier for the PSU.
