Potential Bottlneck GTX 960 and AMD Athlon II X4 B55 (4 Core 3.3 Ghz)

Needing all your expert advice

Current System Component
CPU - Athlon II X4 B55 (4 Core 3.3 Ghz)
GPU - GT 730
Memory - 16000 Mhz
PSU - 500W 80+Bronze

Games to be played
CSGO
DOTA 2
GTA V
Guild Wars 2

I used to have a 7770 as a GPU and was satisfied on the performance, since its already dead i replaced it with a GT 730.

Now i am planning to replace it with a GTX 960 since i will be soon upgrading my whole system one step at a time starting with the GPU.

I am sure the CPU will bottleneck the GPU, i just would like to know by how much?
In your opinion, will i be able to play modern games with a 120 FPS constatly?
Will there occur other problems like temperature on the GPU and CPU? (I don't know if Bottlenecking will affect the physical components of the system so please advice)

Thank you

Not even close. Not even with an i7 paired with that 960.

There will be some bottleneck, but not major one.

    120 FPS? HELL NO!

60 FPS? Maybe, depends on the game, and how demanding it is and at what graphics setting you are playing. For example GTA V will run 45 FPS + at let's say medium settings. CS:GO, Dota 2, GW2 will run high-ultra 60FPS no problem.

    Good luck :)
