Intel 5820K Watercooling advice: Corsair H110i GTX or EKWB Predator 240 or something else?

Hello Peoples,

Settled on Intel 5820K 2011-v3 CPU, trying to decided between:

Corsair H110i with 2x 140mm Noctua fans
EKWB Predator 240 > replace vader fans with Noctua

Case is Nanoxia Deep Silence 1.

Will not be OCing the CPU initially, prefer silence with good temps.

  1. Those predators looks very tasty, i think you will get similar performance, gonna come down to personal preference.

The EK looked nice the numbers didn't turn out as good as I expected from the reviews I saw:

I am using my old h105 with noctua industrial 2000 rpm fans. My 5930k is clocked at 4.5ghz and it stays cool and quiet.

K...I was am leaning towards the Corsair with Noctua fans. I dont really see myself doing a custom WC loop for now. I need something simple and quick to setup. My other PC has a Corsair H110i with Noctua 140mm on them and its excellent. Never even tried the standard Corsair fans before.

    Corsair for me.
  4. I've tested both the Corsair H110i GTX and the EK Predator 240 - the EK is a far better overall solution, hands down.
