Case, cooler and power supply for a light overclock of FX-8320

My rig is composed of the following

AMD FX-8320
Asus Radeon HD7790-DC2OC-2GD5
Kingston HyperX 1,600MHz 8GB x 1
Asus M5A97 R2.0
Kingston SSDNow V300 128GB
Seagate 2TB
Blueberry case with integrated power supply (I know, I know. It sucks ...)

I do not play games often, but when I do the stock cooler of my CPU drives me insane! :) Since I am also interested in performing a light overclock to some 4.2 - 4.3 GHz (I've read that my motherboard is not suited for hardcore overclocking), can someone recommend me a solid (preferably quiet) cooler for my needs. I would also like a recommendation for power supply and a case with better heat management capabilities (dust proof, if possible).

There is no budget set for this, I would like to know what would be the best solution. I hope I'm not asking too much ... Thanks in advance!
