Drive Cyclic Redundancy Error-Can I still get my data back

Hello
Few days ago I borrow 2 TB Samsung HD204UI from my friend to transfer data from my 1TB HDD for fresh WIN7 installation, after I transfered the data to friends 2 TB HDD .
I did clean install on my 1 TB HDD,when I connected 2 TB HDD Windows 7 just couldn˙t boot, it got stuck on login screen, after I pluged out 2 TB HDD everything worked perfectly.
(Note: We have tried different sata slot´s)
After that I connected 2 TB HDD using some kind of "usb/sata adapter" from my friend, and it did recognize HDD but i couldnt open it or anything just have this window with following message "Drive Cyclic Redundancy Error".
After that I download HD Tune and at the moment im performing check for errors.
There is a picture of what is going on ATM.

Me and my friend have some very essential data so my questions are
1.Will I be able save any data from 2TB HDD
2.Can chkdsk help in my case?
I appreciate anything what might help me

You're drive is showing lots of errors and that's most likely because the read/write heads are failing. Ther's nothing you can do on your own to recover your data and running chckdsk will only try to reallocate bad sectors putting unnecessary stress on the drive until a head crash occurs causing permanent data loss.

Your best hope(unless you already know how to use linux command line utilities so you can use ddrescue) is a professional data recovery lab.
