PC crashes and buzzing sound present

Hello.
For some reason my pc keeps on crashing lately (screen going black and hearing some buzzing sound) and after a few seconds it reboots. This happens randomly. It can happen in 5 minutes or even in 10/24 hours.
Here is a screenshot of event viewer with a critical error which appeared exactly when the pc crashes. Here's a screenshot of that critical event. http://i.imgur.com/Ysejgqk.png

Following that error there are a few more events and among them are a few error events. After the pc is rebooted, it appears another error event which is saying "The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000124 (0x0000000000000000, 0xffffe00001ccb038, 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000). " and has a dump file attacked to it. Here's a screenshot of it. http://i.imgur.com/ydumKiP.png
Here's the dump file. I've uploaded it on tinyupload because I couldn't find how to attack it here. http://s000.tinyupload.com/index.php?file_id=94054736685359862171

Computer specs: PCU: AMD FX 4350. MB: Asus m5a78l/usb3. Video card: R7 240. PSU: RPC 500w. 4gb ram ddr3, 500gb hdd.
Anyone knows what the cause might be? Mb not sending power to the components? Faulty PSU? anything else? My budget is extremely limited so I have to find out exactly which component is causing this problem.
Also, does the dump file say anything what the cause might be?

PS: CPU and GPU temps are fine around 50-55 during gaming. I have tried all possible driver versions for every component. Tried it on windows 7 8.1 and 10.

  1. Surely you can do better than just say 500 watt power supply.... It has a brand and a model number. What are they?
  2. It's an RPC 500w. Peak power 550w(60 secs)
Code: PWPS-050CSB0-AU01A . Sorry but not much is written on it.
http://www.dataspot.ro/produse/Sursa-RPC-500W-PWPS-050CSB0-AU01A.php You can find here some info about it. Sorry but I can't find an English page.
  3. Just went into my bios at hardware monitoring and I am seeing this. What's up with the red 3.3v voltage???? Are the other ones ok? http://imgur.com/CdhZLjo
Just as I uploaded the picture my pc crashed.

3.3 volt rail is way too low... That is why it is red in that image.

I cannot seem to find any useful info on that power supply. I suspect its just a garbage quality power supply. There are so many of those out there it should be criminal to sell those.

We have a Power Supply List here on Toms. Power supplies are broken down into 5 tiers. Tier 1 is the best power supplies you can buy. And tier 5 is what I suspect the power supply you have should be under, which I call the Fireball category. We recommend that people buy a Tier 1 or Tier 2 power supply. That is what I would like to see you try to buy. In addition to what you see on that list, any Seasonic or XFX would also be very good for you, even if they are not on the list.
