Partial PC Build Upgrade

I'm looking to upgrade my current build that consists of:

Core i5 3570k
Gskill Ripjaws 8GB (x2 4GB)
EVGA Z68 SLI Motherboard
AMD MSI R9 290 w/ Corsair H100
Corsair TX750M PSU

I added parts to my Amazon, could someone suggest anything different for me? Just looking for guidance. $750 is my budget and I'm only looking to upgrade my CPU, MOBO, RAM and CPU Cooling.

Thanks for your help guys!

More about partial build upgrade
  1. That build you have now will suit you fine, if you want you can downgrade your CPU to the i5 4690k which runs 1150 socket which has more choices of motherboards.
If you do downgrade to the i5 you can get an 1150 socket motherboard at a cheaper price and upgrade your CPU cooler to a 240mm radiator rather than 120mm.
This will increase OC capability and keep your CPU cooler.
You can spend the money you save on more RAM, an SSD or a better case.
But as your build is fine as it is and should do well but you could save some cash if you went to the slightly later model CPUs that support the 1150 socket rather than 1155 as 1155 socket motherboards are harder to find and generally less avaliable.
