So I went into my bios a little while ago and moved a hard drive to the front of the boot list that I thought was my SSD with Windows 10 on it, but when I restarted my monitor just read that I had to access my boot list and change the order. But here is where the problem lies my keyboard for some reason does not receive power until after windows is booted. So is there anyone that can help me in fixing this problem.

If your computer has a pair of PS/2 ports, buy or borrow a native PS/2 keyboard (ie a "true" PS/2 keyboard, not a USB one with a PS/2 adapter). Use the PS/2 keyboard to access BIOS Setup.
