Computer turned off then back on a few times before finally booting.

Hello, as my title says, my computer power cycles a few times before finally booting. I had it happen yesterday as well but that one booted into a memory overclock failure. Just did it a few minutes ago without the overclock failure. Outside of it only happening on boots, everything is fine. Trying to figure out the cause and any help would be appreciated.

Specs:
CPU: I7 4790k @4.00GHz
Motherboard: Asus Maximus VI Hero
RAM: Cosair Vengeance 1600
PSU: Cosair TX750 750w

More about computer turned back times finally booting
  1. Appears to only happen from cold boots as well, wondering if the turbo boost on the 4790k is causing my PSU to over-volt it causing it to shut down.
