  1. Need a bit more info to go on here:

    1. If your PC won't POST, is it possible that a cable could have been unplugged somewhere? Have you checked all of your cables to make sure they are securely attached?

    2. If that's not the case, what operating system are you running and have any system updates been performed recently? If you're using Windows 8 or 8.1 there is a bad update circulating that is causing all kinds of trouble and BSODs.

    3. Have you tried another power supply in your system? A Corsair AX is a good one but it could also be dead.
  2. Well, I just finished double checking all the cables and they are all securely plugged in. I haven't updated my software recently. I kept getting this A2 error code "IDE Detect" and the solid red light next to the BOOT Device Led. I've been reading a bunch of threads stating that the problem is boot drive. I got the Samsung SSD 850 EVO and planned on reinstalling windows 7 home premium 64bit.

I have yet to try a different psu. I just ordered a Cooler Master Silent Pro Gold 1200W 80 PLUS to test that theory.

That is actually not that good of a PSU. A Seasonic X1050G or a EVGA Supernova P2 would be a better choice.

As far as Boot device LED goes, that could point to an HD or SSD failure. Can you get your system to POST after removing the HD/SSD?
