Gigabyte, ASUS, ASRock and MSI are the top 4 motherboard manufacturers.

The MSI z97 gaming 3 looks okay. The only thing people seem to complain about it is the lack of SLI support, which shouldn't be a problem if you have no intention of doing so anyway.
  2. Evga makes the best motherboards then Asus , Gigabyte , Asrock & Msi

GA-Z97X-Gaming 3........asus z97pro gamer........or....msi z97 gaming 5...i came up with these 3 according to my budget...which will be best too my rig.......plz help me choosing the better one....and which has more advantage on some particular topic or so so...:)
  6. The Gigabyte Gaming 3 isn't even at the same tier as the other two, so that's out of the competition.

The ASUS and MSI boards you want are near identical boards. You can't really go wrong with either, but if it were me I'd go with the ASUS.

thank you for the help.....:).......please could u give me any helpful links of tier...?
  8. By 'tier', I meant price point in that context. :P

The ASUS and MSI boards are like $40~50 more than the Gigabyte, so it's only natural they would have more to offer in their MB.
