What'd you think are the average fps is with these two GPUs

I'm trying to figure out if going the extra $50 on an R9 270x, instead of a GTX 750 ti is worth it.

The rest of the PC is as follows...

CPU: i3-4160 3.60Ghz Dual-core
GPU: eVGA GTX 750ti 2GB or the Sapphire R9 270x 4GB
RAM: Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB 1600Mhz Single
PSU: Antec VP-450 80 plus certified 450W
MoBo: MSI H81M-E33 mATX Motherboard
HDD: 2TB- Brand unknown, Step-dad has it currently.
Monitor: HP w1907 Flatscreen- 1440x900 Resolution

My most intensive games I plan on playing is Arma 3, CS:GO, some Skyrim, and GTA V. After that it is mostly easier to run games, such as CK2, XCOM, CIV 5, MnB Warband.

If you could give me an estimate on how many frames I'll get on each graphical level most games have, i.e. low, medium, high, very high/ultra at that resolution listed above. That'd be great and very much appreciated!

yes very worth it, big difference:

note that in this benchmark there is the r9 270 (not x) so you would imagine the r9 270x would perform much better..
