Desktop randomly reboots, probably need a motherboard replacement

Hello guys,

I think that my motherboard is giving it's soul to the maker...

I try to turn on the computer but it is always rebooting, I can't even get into the BIOS without rebooting... One time, I could get into the BIOS and access the Hardware Monitor to see the temperature and they were low, so overheating is not the issue...

Then, I've passed to test the various components of the computer. I've tested a different PSU, different memory sticks, dettached everything (HDD, DVD Drive, USBs, etc.), basically, I only left the PSU, motherboard with CPU, memory stick and the VGA cable connected and it keeps doing the same thing.

My question is, is there a way to check if the motherboard is really giving up or if it is the CPU or something else?

If you guys think that the motherboard is dead, I'd like to get one for replacement. Can you guys help me find one suitable for my desktop? It can be a used one (because I really don't want to spend a lot of money on this).

Thanks a lot!!
