  1. Can you check your CPU/GPU temperatures?

It's a core2duo so it's an old CPU and maybe the thermal paste has gone bad.

If temperatures are well we will need to test the rest of your hardware.

few weeks ago i changed the thermal paste,
  3. Okay, so more reason to check your temperatures. Check them on idle/load and post, please.

How to check idle/load? computer is not working this time.
  5. Well use a hardware monitor program (I use OpenHardwareMonitor, for example).

To check the idle temp just look at the temperature on your desktop/BIOS.

To check load temperature run a program like Prime95 and look at the temperature.
  6. I went to the service centre (not authorised one) engineer said, that motherboard has issues and need to replace
  7. Yes this is posible too. Glad you found out.
  8. Sometimes it gets start, problem occurs when you start after shutting down the computer,
