Will a overloaded ssd c drive cause blue screen of death?

So my ssd came to a point where it's left with about 6gb free space, and for some reasons It failed to play mp3. I played it again and played it again and blue screen came up,with wordings like clearing dump files 25%. My PC got restarted and everything seems fine for now. My recycle bin is emptied. Wonder if I should worry over this issue. Should I make more space for my ssd or get more storage?

More about overloaded ssd drive blue screen death
  1. An SSD needs about 10-15% free space. But I doubt that was the cause of the initial blue screen.
