Hi, I’m Florinn. Please, I need your help!

I built a new computer and I have trouble setting it up. At startup goes through POST and ends up asking me to recover the BIOS setting. But pressing “F1” doesn’t do anything… I can’t get into BIOS, doesn’t matter what I do. On the Motherboard I get “A2” code error and a BOOT DEVICE red LED. Now… I’m not new at this; I build my own PCs since early ‘90s (at least one every year), always using Asus motherboards, and never got in trouble… till now. I tried everything the manual says, everything that I could think of, and every suggestion I got from other people… but same results. Same screen, same A2 error, same red LED… I hope you guys can help.

Here are my components:

1. Asus X99-DELUXE/U3.1 motherboard
2. Intel i7-5960X CPU (LGA2011V3)
3. G.SKILL F4-2800C15Q2-64GRK DDR4-2800 PC4-22400 8192MBx8 memory
4. Seagate ST6000NM0024-1HT17Z hard drive
5. LG GH22LS40 DVD drive
6. XFX R9-290X-8DFD graphic card
7. Corsair AX860 power supply
8. Asus Logitech K800 Keyboard and MX Master Mouse
9. PB287Q 4K monitor

Here is what I get on the screen at startup:

AMIBIOS (C) 2014 American Megatrends, Inc.

Well, here is what I tried so far:
Tried with 3 different keyboards on different USB 2 ports,
different HDD on different SATA ports.
Tried with, and without HDD and DVD drive, and with one at the time.
Tried with 1 memory module, with 2, with 4, with 6, and 8.
Tried with different PSU.
I didn’t tried with a different monitor or graphic board.
Tried to get in the BIOS by punching T2 or Delete when was going through POST.
Tried to reboot with Ctrl-Alt-Delete keys.
Tried with a HDD that have Window 8.1 OS loaded on it.
Tried with a 250GB SSD Samsung drive.
I changed cables for the drives.
I clear CMOS 2 times (removing the battery also, as you suggested)
I did this all in different order…
In all this, the BOOT DEVICE red LED on the motherboard comes on every time.
