  1. Install only the updates from Dell, not from AMD. Dell has a lot of proprietary settings that drivers from other than their site may make your system unstable. The Dell sites shows a video driver last updated 20 Dec 2013 or the Radeon driver dated 19 dec 2013 for your system. Those are the only ones that are sure to work with your system. If you have any other GPU installed then go to their website and see what drivers are available.

What graphics do you have? Is it integrated or a separate GPU? Did you try different screen resolutions or video settings to see if it helped any?

If nothing helps then use the DDU utility linked below to uninstall your current video driver and then install the new one. It sounds like your drivers are corrupt but it is also possible that your GPU may be going.

It sounds like it is. Try starting a ticket with Dell support. Depending upon how old your PC is it may be something that will stand behind and have you return it for them to either fix or replace. The worst they could do is tell you that it is out of warranty but someone else on the Dell support forums may be able to tell you what is the best way to still get Dell to fix it for you.
