Laptop Low FPS Plugged In & High FPS When Unplugged - Help!

Hi all, just recently I've started noticing extreme lag on every game I play. Before I was able to play Minecraft on full settings and record, now I would be lucky to play on low settings, same goes for CS:GO, Dota 2, Team Fortress 2, you name it. As any person would expect, a laptop runs faster when plugged, better FPS and so on, but in my case it's the other way around. I have tried many solutions, removing battery, reinstalling battery in device manager, checking power options and nothing worked. I am advanced when it comes to computers so it's extremely strange to me and have done what I see as possible solution. Please do leave some suggestions or ideas! I would be seriously grateful!!!!

  1. that's very strange. sounds like power settings to me. also, could be the hard drive is fragmented?
  2. The max processor state must be 100% , in the power plan !? Any GPU ?

Disk fragmentation is perfect. The power settings, I'm sure it's not because I've went through them all, even reinstalled windows.

As I mentioned, I've already sorted out all the power setting options to make it run at maximum performance. I reinstalled windows and the same problem persists. As for the graphics, it's integrated, not dedicated.
