The PSU doesnt matter unless you are already close to maxing its wattage with other components like a GPU. 4.5GHz is very easily done while 5 is a bigger challenge. Make sure you know what you are doing and set an aggressive fan curve for the fans that are on the radiator. You should be fine but temps will be warm at 5GHz.

I run the H55 and when mounted inside the case on a 4.4ghz clock It was close to overheating low 60's C. I have mounted it outside my case and now temps peak around 55c under prime / occt.

You should be able to get 4.5ghz with a decent mounting location / fan setup for you H55/60. In my opinion you'd have close to 0% chance of getting 5ghz on a H55 or H60. For that you'd need a custom water loop. Again just my opinion.
  3. I bought H60 and i overclocked to 4,4GHz and it works just fine. thanks!
