    Try get a z97 motherboard. Apart from that they are all compatible.

  3. everything looks fine. the only thing to note is the motherboard is an overclocking board and you have a locked cpu that can't overclock.

    depending on prices, you might save a couple dollars with a h87/97 board or you could spend the little bit more and get the i5-4690k version that can overclock.
