PC Turns Off for A Second before completely turning on/booting up

Hi,

When i turn my pc(power button) on it immediately turns off for a second then turns on again completely. It actually turns on/boots up completely and I have no problem at all when using it. Just wanted to know if it's normal. I'm using rm750 psu, i5-4440 proc, 2 hard disks, 7 fans and a meter of led light. I'm almost always in hibernate mode btw not sure if it relates.

Thanks. :D

More about turns completely turning booting
  1. Generally that will happen if there has been OC'ing changes made in BIOS. And then, only in certain boards. Usually boards with a UEFI BIOS. At least that has been my experience. My Gigabyte 990FXA-UD3 used to do that when I OC'd.
  2. Thanks! I think it might have been when i clicked oc genie on command center.

Probably was. Disable any OC'ing and see if the issue disappears.
